YA Book Swap – March 2013

The book swap was so much fun!  We’ll definitely have another one next year!

Book Swap info:

Come join the YA Book Council for a book swap!  Bring your leftover reading or old favorites and swap them with some great stuff for your next rainy day reading.

Young adult and middle grade books would be best, but we welcome material that is appropriate for all ages. All leftover books will be donated to the Friends of the Glendale Public Library booksale.

Date: Saturday, March 16, 2013
2:30-4:30 pm

Audience:  All ages

How does this work?

Bring books.  Leave a book = pick up a book.  Or just leave books.  It’s easy!

Can we bring old ARCs (Advance Reader’s Copies)?

Yes.  We will try our best to find homes for all leftover books.

Do I need to be present for the whole event?

No.  The swap will run from 2:30 until 4:30.  You can drop by for ten minutes or stay for the entire duration of the event; it’s up to you.

Who will be attending?

YABC members, friends, book enthusiasts…

We’ll be around to mingle and chat about books.  Light refreshments will be provided.

Can I invite others?

Sure!  Spread the word.  Grab a flyer: YA BOOK SWAP flyers

Do I need to RSVP?

You do not need to RSVP, but it’ll be great if you do!  You may RSVP on our Goodreads page and/or on Facebook.
