Uniting fans and authors…

On Saturday, May 23, twenty Young Adult authors and nearly 450 guests gathered at the second annual teen book festival, Pasadena Loves YA at Pasadena Central Library.

The keynote speaker was Mary McCoy, author of Dead to Me (and a teen librarian at Los Angeles Public Library).  All authors participated on a panel and signed books after their panel.

The first 150 attendees received free tote bags (screened with the event logo) and first pick of the giveaways.  We gave away over 600 ARCs (Advance Review Copy)!  This year’s attendance was three times that of last year and every panel reached standing room only.
